Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses patiencetoprofit.com, the member portal or any Patience To Profit product. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Patience To Profit ("PTP", "we") is a UK business based at 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2AA. Contact: ptp@patiencetoprofit.com.

2. Who can use PTP

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for checking that trading is legal where you live.

3. What we sell

• Programmes: recorded educational courses, bought once, with lifetime access in the member portal. Some are sold as pre-orders and open in your portal on release.
• The Full Programme: every recorded programme in one purchase, including those released later that are named in the bundle.
• VIP Membership: a monthly subscription giving access to the VIP community, live calls, educational trade ideas and the programmes VIP includes while the membership is active.
• 1-1 Mentorship: a fixed series of one to one sessions with AJR, by application only.
• Free account: the free Blueprint Mindset guide and a view of the programmes.

4. Education only

PTP teaches skills, frameworks and process. PTP is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing we provide, including programmes, live calls, VIP trade ideas, mentorship and community posts, is financial or investment advice or a personal recommendation. We do not manage money, place trades for you, or act as a broker.

5. VIP trade ideas

Trade ideas shared in VIP are educational examples of how PTP reads the market, shared with all members at once and not tailored to anyone. If you act on one, you do so at your own risk, on your own account, with a broker you choose.

6. Your account

Keep your login private. Your access is personal and cannot be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend or close an account that is shared or misused, without a refund.

7. Our content

All programmes, videos, documents and posts belong to PTP. You get a personal, non transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You must not record, copy, resell, post or share them.

8. Community rules

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, selling, promoting other services or sharing other members' private information. Admins may remove posts and mute or remove members who break these rules.

9. Live calls

Live calls may be recorded and added to the portal. Questions you ask on a call may appear in the recording.

10. Payments

Prices are in pounds sterling. Every purchase is paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

11. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.

12. Results

Trading results vary and are not typical. Testimonials and member results are personal experiences, often self reported, and do not mean you will achieve the same. Past or demonstration results do not predict future results.

13. Our liability

We are not responsible for trading losses or for decisions you make. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; what you already bought stays on the terms you bought it under.

15. Complaints and law

Email complaints to ptp@patiencetoprofit.com and we will reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
